About Sustainable Digital City

This website presents HAPU's Year 8/9 Coding Club's 2025-26 MSC Project for the Computing Section.

What the Project Shows

Sustainable Digital City is a student-made website that explains how a future eco-city could use smart technology and sustainable planning. The project demonstrates coding, web design, planning, sustainability knowledge, and presentation skills.

The website is the main digital explanation of the idea. It uses clear pages, organised sections, navigation links, and responsive design so viewers can understand the project on computers, tablets, and phones.

Skills demonstrated

  • HTML page structure and semantic content.
  • CSS styling, layout, colours, and responsive design.
  • Planning a clear website journey for visitors.
  • Explaining sustainability ideas in student-friendly language.
  • Presenting project research in a neat digital format.

Why Sustainability?

Cities use large amounts of energy, water, materials, and transport. Learning about sustainable city design helps students think about real problems such as pollution, climate change, traffic, waste, and access to green spaces.
